Is this your full-time business?
No — and I'm upfront about it. I'm an account representative by profession and run ZBS on the side. It means I work evenings and weekends, keep my client list small, and set timelines I can actually honour.
How long will my website take?
The Essential is usually about a week, The Professional around two weeks, and The Signature roughly three — measured from when you've sent your content and the deposit. If a deadline is tight, ask about rush delivery.
Why are your prices so reasonable?
Because ZBS has low overhead and I design because I love it, not to replace my salary. You're paying for the work itself — not an agency's office, sales team, or markup.
What do you need from me to start?
Your text and photos, any logo or brand colours you have, and access to your domain or hosting if it already exists. If you don't have some of that yet, I'll guide you — and copywriting help is available as an add-on.
Do we have to meet in person?
Not at all. I'm based in Philadelphia and happy to meet locally, but most projects run smoothly over email, calls, and a shared preview link. Full engagement details are in the terms.
